Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the TradeZify platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeZify provides personal algorithmic execution software and strategy monitoring tools. The platform is designed to connect to your broker account (currently supporting **Zerodha Kite API**) to automate predefined strategy models like Short Straddles or Bear Call Spreads. TradeZify is a self-hosted client-side utility and does **not** provide financial advisory, fund management, or brokerage services.

3. Algorithmic Trading Risks (Critical Disclaimer)

Trading securities, derivatives, options, and futures involves high leverage and substantial financial risk. By executing strategies via TradeZify, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Profit Guarantee: Past performance of any algorithm or system is not indicative of future results. Option strategies (like Straddles) carry unlimited loss potential under volatile market environments.
  • Execution Slippage: Market volatility, broker server queues, and exchange latency may lead to execution slippage. Executed prices may significantly differ from visual trigger parameters.
  • System Downtime: Internet disconnection, API outages, or local hosting failure can prevent stop-loss triggers from executing. You must maintain manual fallback methods.

4. Broker API Keys and Security

TradeZify requires you to supply your own broker API key credentials. You are entirely responsible for the security of your Zerodha API keys, access tokens, and passwords. TradeZify does not store your credentials on third-party servers; all keys are saved locally on your self-hosted setup. You assume full liability for all trades executed through your credentials.

5. Regulatory Compliance (SEBI / Exchange Guidelines)

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their utilization of algorithmic execution tools complies with local regulations, including guidelines set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and relevant stock exchanges. TradeZify does not monitor or regulate your compliance status.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TradeZify, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, failed stop-loss executions, slippage, broker API errors, option blockages, or financial losses incurred during live trading.
