Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 21, 2026
1. Information We Collect
To operate the Strategy Execution Utility, we collect limited structural data, including:
- Account Credentials: Email addresses and hashed passwords used to log into TradeZify.
- Broker Access Configurations: Local files containing your API Keys, client IDs, and active session tokens.
- Strategy Performance Metrics: Trade histories, entry/exit logs, and P&L history.
2. How We Secure Your Data
Your security is our priority. TradeZify operates as a decentralized, self-hosted system. All sensitive broker configurations (like API secrets) are saved locally on your database instance and encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography models. TradeZify does not transfer your credentials to external servers. All API requests go directly from your hosting location to the **Zerodha Kite API** servers.
3. Sharing of Information
TradeZify does not rent, sell, or share user data with third-party advertisers or external monitoring agencies. Data transmission only occurs between the user client, the local database, and the authenticated broker API servers.
4. Cookies and Local Session Storage
We use local browser storage (such as `localStorage`) to maintain user authentication state and remember configuration preferences (e.g. sidebar state). These storage entries reside on your local machine and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy as features expand. Users will be notified of material changes to data storage configurations. Continued usage of the Platform constitutes agreement to updated policies.
